The attempt for mobile pastor, which is accused of rape, shows an intensive survey

Mobile, Ala. (Wala) – Fox10 News continues to follow the process of a pastor of the mobile, which is accused of rape.

Court proceedings against pastor, which is accused of raped rape, testify to two alleged victims

Bradrick Vail is accused of raping two women in Prichard and mobile.

The investigators say that he met both alleged victims through his Church Tree of Life Deliverance Ministries.

New statements appeared on Tuesday, which included the survey of two detectives.

In both interviews, Vail, ever raped, played someone and said it was all a lie.

The first witness that the state called was Detective Bart Andrews from the Prichard Police Department.

A recorded interview with Detective Andrews and Vail was played from October 2023 when the allegations came out.

In the video, the detective seemed to be frustrated with the answers from Vail.

During the interview, Vail claimed that he did not know the address of the first suspected victim. But Andrews says that contradictory statements have made Vail.

Vail deny, ever raped someone and said he was ready to carry out a polygraph test to prove his innocence.

The second witness was Sergeant Sarah Badon at the mobile police authority.

Sergeant Badon sat down with Vail after a woman had raised allegations in mobile rape allegations.

The alleged victim claimed that she went to church to help Vail in the attack.

In the video interview, Vail claimed that the woman appeared unannounced and came to him.

Vail also explained in the recording that he felt uncomfortable when the alleged victim mentioned that he had no underwear.

According to Detective Badon, the alleged victim said Vail was a prophet and asked her to remove her clothes so that he could rub them on and heal them.

Vail's lawyers pointed out that both women had not been looking for a rape set, call 911 or went to the hospital.

Vail says after these accusations were raised against him and that someone would shoot his church open.

According to Sergeant Badon, they never found evidence that the church was threatened by Vail.
