The authorities arrested with fatal shootout

Antioch – A suspect was arrested in Antioch last week in connection with a deadly shootout in the early this month.

On February 20, the federal and municipal authorities served a search order at an unknown address in the city, the police from Antioch police, William Whitaker, said in a press release on Monday.

The 27 -year -old Demundre Walton was arrested because he suspected the 23 -year -old to shoot Jacob Frank Hernandez fatally. He is charged with a firearm for murder and criminals.

Evidence in connection with the shootout was also collected from the house and a vehicle, said Whitaker.

The shootout occurred around 10:25 p.m. on February 12th in Hillcrest Avenue and in the Drive Larkspur. Officers arrived to find Hernandez under at least one firing wound. He was taken to a regional hospital where he later died of his injuries.
