The authorities publish 911 calls from Gene Hackman at home: “You don't move”

Santa Fe, NM (Gray News) – The Oscar award winner Gene Hackman and his wife were found dead with their dog in a house in New Mexico on Wednesday.

According to the Sheriff office of the Santa Fe County, Hackman's body was found in a mudroom, and his wife Betsy Arakawa was passed away in a bathroom next to a room heating.

Detective said that the couple's death had continued to be examined, but there was no indication that they were shot or had any wounds.

On Thursday, the 911 call, which was made by the Hackman house that day, was published by the authorities in Santa Fe.

The caller said he was a maintenance worker and called after he discovered the corpses that were later identified in the house as Hackman (95) and Arakawa (65).

The worker can be heard emotionally on the phone while he heals the police into the New Mexico residence.

“I think we have just found two or a deceased person in the house. You don't move, just send someone here very quickly, ”the man told the dispatcher.

The dispatcher answers by telling the worker that units are on the way to the house.

An affidavit for the search command indicated that the couple may have died of a kind of gas poisoning, but the New Mexico Gas Co. reported that the gas pipes were tested in and around the house and no problems were found.

Several branches also reported that the local fire brigade did not find any signs of carbon monoxide leak or poisoning.

In addition, the authorities said that a dead German shepherd was found in a bathroom cabinet near Arakawa together with two healthy dogs on the property.

Hackman was one of the most successful actors in his generation, and Arakawa was a concert pianist.

The tributes are poured out of all over the world and paid tribute to the Oscar winner and his wife.
