The basketball plan on Wednesday includes the beginning of the regional tournaments

The high school basketball makes up a large part of the local Wednesday plan, as the regional tournaments in Arkansas begin and the district of Missouri continues.

Three Area teams will take part in the opening night of the tournament of class 1a Region 2 in the West Side High School in Greers Ferry. Norfork's girls meet at 4th boys. On the Junge side, Timbo performs with Earle at 5:30 a.m., and Calico Rock competes against RIDGESSRIST Christian at 8:30 a.m.

Melbourne is the website for class 3a region 2. In the girls class, Mountain View begins at 4 a.m. with Walnut Ridge and Salem plays Manila at 7 a.m. In the boys games, Melbourne is combined with Walnut Ridge at 5:30 a.m., and Mountain View meets Oscola at 8:30 a.m.

Two girls' teams in the region will take place at the Riverside High School in Lake City to start in class 2a region 2 tournament. Marshall is 7 years old with 4 rebels from the hosts with 4 and Izard County against Rector.

Class 1a Region 1 tournament is beginning in the magazine. On the girl of the girls, Jasper taps around 4 with Western Yell County and Lead Hill plays Scranton around 7 years old.

The girls from Ozark Mountain will be in Hackett for their first game in class 2a region 1. The lady Bears meet at 7 a.m. Hector.

The Bakersfield boys return to the semi -finals of the class 2 tournament, District 10, to Mansfield. The Lions compete against Hartville at 7:30 a.m.
