The Bronx Workshop offers legal guidelines for criminal repair and labor rights – Bronx Times

The Bronx -based community Justice Connect, who volunteer to provide free legal information, resources and recommendations, organized a workshop on the repair repair of New York (CSS) on Sunday, January 12th, an organization that is promoted devoted economic opportunities and the proponent of a fairer city and a fairer state.

In addition, ITOH discussed the law on fair coincidence that most employers in New York City prohibits inquiring about the crime history of a candidate or carrying out background exams before a job offered.

Workshop participants also learned about the support that is available through the CSS-NEXT-DOOR project that New York offers legal support with a low income in obtaining and understanding their criminal records. CSS lawyers and legal employees help individuals to navigate the process and offer guidance and resources in order to clear up their legal concerns.
