The case is increasing against Lexington in fatal shootout

Lincoln, alongside (KLKN) – A man from Lexington did not believe in a fatal shooting outside of a caravan on Thursday.

Aristh Rodriguez Linares, 33, waived his provisional hearing before the Dawson County court, and the judge sent the case to the district court.

The police said the shootout occurred on January 21, when Michael Farina came to Rodriguez Linares' trailer.

According to court documents, the two got into a dispute, and Rodriguez Linares fired several shots.

According to the Lexington police department, the officers came in a vehicle that was interspersed with ball holes with ball holes.

Rodriguez Linares is charged with the first degree murder, the use of a firearm to inspect a crime and an illegal discharge of a firearm.

His charge before the Dawson district court is planned for March 31.
