A man was charged with a shootout last year in which a woman killed and her car crashed.

Elijah allegedly stiffened in a different car when he shot in a Chevrolet Malibu in the 800 Block of the West Garfield Boulevard on June 11th.

The 19-year-old woman who drove the other car in the 5400 block of the South Halsted Street. She was taken to the University of Chicago, where she was declared dead.

Another 19-year-old woman who drove into the Malibu suffered cuts on her face. It was brought to the same hospital in the “heavy but stable” condition, the police said.

The driver and passenger of the 43 and 40 Jetta suffered minor injuries in the crash and were brought to the striker hospital in good condition.

Stiffening was arrested on Monday and the first degree murder of the first degree was charged due to the first degree murder.
