The Chicago restaurant celebrates the national pasta month with cheeky couple tips

In honor of the National Nootle Month, a restaurant in the city center of Chicago gives tips for combining pasta with the right sauce – although you would rather mate for you.

What we know:

The Canal Street Restaurant and Market, which is located at the Union Station in the BMO Tower, believes that a hearty sauce needs a robust noodle, and your choice is Casarecce.

“Our Bolognese is very popular. We serve it with a Casarecce noodle that is a little thicker, denser and has one that is right for the rich sauce,” said chef Ross Sundberg.

Sundberg said carbonara fits best with linguine, but the most popular pasta in the restaurant is a ravioli that is served with lobster sauce, lobster and spinach.

While their pasta are a favorite, their homemade pizzas also deserve a loyal followers, especially during the “Italiano Friday” of the restaurant.

“Italiano on Fridays we all offer our pizzas and four of our pasta everything you can eat for 20 US dollars,” said Sundberg. “This includes two salads – our little gemstone Caesar and our house Italian.”

What you can do:

The popularity of the campaign caused the Canal Street restaurant to expand its hours and added from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. from April 26 to 9 p.m. Parking is reduced and children under 12 years of eating free of charge.

The restaurant has room-high windows with a view of a nearby park and a market for grave-and-go, which makes meals quickly and easily on weekdays. The market offers homemade baked goods, pastries, sandwiches and salads.
