The Columbus police are looking for tips in the unresolved murder of North -Linden

The Columbus police require public aid to solve a murder that occurred in North Linden last year.

The 16-year-old Me'khi Keys was shot on October 30th in the 1000 block of the East Weber Road.

At the time, the authorities reported that the surveillance video showed the key and another person who went east when they were addressed by two other men, one of whom took out a weapon and shot. The two men then ran from the scene.

After the shootout, both men were observed as they ran towards the Howie Road. The police asks someone with information, pictures or videos that you can upload here.

“I wasn't a dangerous person,” said his older sister Shia the day after the shootout. “He loved being with the people who loved him. He loved cracking jokes.”

His family says that the teenager – known to the family and friends as “Khi” – ran video games, music and bicycle.
