A former WWE star was present during the last episode of NXT. The former star was once a champion in the company.

Cassie Lee (FKA Peyton Royce) had a six -year -old Juggernaut in sports entertainment on April 15, 2021. She and her partner Jessica McKay (FKA Billie Kay) won the WWE Frauen-Day team championship.

During the main event of the NXT this week, the husband of Cassie Lee, Shawn Spears, Tony d'Angelo defeated the NXT North American Championship. This is his first reign as a champion in Stamford's doctorate. Lee sat in the stands to support her husband who was in action.

WWE superstar Shawn Spears previously made an interesting revelation about Cassie Lee

When Shawn Spears spoke to Chris Van Vliet last year during his interview, he revealed that Cassie Lee was watching a lot of wrestling, even more than him.

He added that the former Peyton Royce loves to watch the Pro -Wrestling games of her friends, and that motivates them.

“She looks at it a lot. She watches it more than I do, ”said Shawn Spears. “That doesn't mean I don't see wrestling, it only means that I am a lot busy. I am nearby, I can see a lot of things. Yes, she keeps holding. She still loves watching many of her friends and she still gets itching. So she is already strength training, she does all of these things. Cassie Lee recently brought her in-ring return at the Smash Wrestling Rumble event. She defeated Alexia Nicole in a singles -match and called Smash Women's Champion Jody threat to a title fight.

It will be interesting to see whether one day Lee officially returns to WWE and may come together with her husband and rule the North American NXT Champion Shawn Spears.
