The IAFC and the Motorola Solutions Foundation specify the 13th FSEDI cohort

The International Association of Fire Chiefs (IAFC) and Motorola Solutions Foundation have announced the names of the selected people who were selected for participation in the Development Institute (FSEDI) 2025.

This is the 13th year in which the Motorola Solutions Foundation made a grant to finance the program to the IAFC.

Features of the development program

The Fire Service Development Institute is a one -year program for the development of managers developed by the IAFC to offer new and emerging chiefs the tools and training that they need for a strong, successful term.

Throughout the year, the cohort will meet three times for intensive, all -day meetings that focus on the core principles and skills of the fire department.

They regularly communicate between the meetings, share information and learn together via an online community that is hosted on the IAFC website.

You will also take part in the Fire-Rescue International Conference in Orlando, FL, in August 2025.

The FSEDI cohort in 2025 will own on site on March 15th to 21st at its first on site in the national conference center in Leesburg, VA.

Since its foundation, FSEDI has been one of the leading educational programs for people who become successful chiefs and want to develop the next generation of national and international fire department leaders.
