The indictment accuses Arizona at fatal shooting of his 1-year-old daughter

Low show ariz. – A Grand jury from Arizona charged a man at the fatal shootout of his 1-year-old daughter, and say prosecutors that he had carried out the crime with an AR rifle in front of the girl's mother.

The indictment was charged with two criminal offenses and child abuse, which Adam Joseph Montoya, 27. Montoya has not guilty.

Navajo County's public defense lawyer, who represents Montoya, rejected a comment on Monday.

The shootout took place on February 3 in a house in Show Low, a small mountainous community, the approximately 180 miles (289.68 kilometers) northeast of Phoenix, said the public prosecutor of the Navajo district in a statement.

Rescue workers brought the child to a medical center in Show Low, where she was declared dead, said prosecutor. Both the public prosecutor's office of Navajo County and Low Police refused to comment on the case.

Montoya is recorded with a bond of 1 million US dollars.
