The joint meal of the Lynchburg City Schools shows new meals

Lynchburg, va. – On Wednesday evening, the schools in Lynchburg City organized a special dinner in the community, which gave the locals an impression of what their children had to eat.

The district works with Brigaid, a company that focuses on moving schools in the direction of more “from Scatch” cooking. They attach particular importance to the training of school staff and the procurement of local ingredients.

The program chef with brigade says it is important that children have access to healthy and exciting meals.

“I think it is really important to give them something that is healthy and hearty and gives them the feeling that they took care of it. We don't know what to go home, so we want to make sure that you are here because you have to be here that you have given something that is worthy for you, ”said Hannah Breig, program chef.

Fod Lion was also in the diner tonight and gave away families free shopping.
