The judicial investigation of Ruben Vardanyan's criminal proceedings begins

Court negotiations on criminal proceedings against Ruben Vardanyan, a Armenian citizen who is charged with torture, mercenary activity, violation of the laws and customs of warfare, terrorism, financing of terrorism and other articles from the Republic of the Republic of Azerbaijanese on February. 15.

The prosecutors stated that no specific reasons had been determined in relation to the problems mentioned in the application and demanded that the application were not confirmed.

The court then received advice. After the decision announced after the consideration, the objection was not checked.

The senior assistant of the Attorney General, Vusal Aliyev, expressed the public prosecutor's proposals for the sequence of the examination of evidence during the court investigation.

The accused R. Vardanyan and his defender Avraam Berman did not provide any suggestions for the sequence of testing evidence.

After that, R. Vardanyan said that because of a hunger strike he was on, he didn't feel good. The judge announced a break for the defendant to undergo a medical examination.

After the break, judge Zeyynal Agayev declared the proceedings for examining evidence during the court examination before the court hearings.

Then the accused was offered the opportunity to give a free explanation, but he declined.

Then R. Vardanyan's interview, which was attached to law enforcement, was examined in the presence of an interpreter.

Prosecutors asked the accused questions about a number of aspects of the interview, including his illegal entry into Karabach, the sovereign area of ​​the Republic of Azerbaijan, through the territory of Armenia, the currency in circulation of the so -called regime, the reason for the use of the passport of the Republic in the field of the so -called regime, the goals and reasons for the use of the armed Forces of the Republic of Armenia there, the reasons and target regimes and the participation of the Armenian state in this process and reasons for the short -term term as “Minister of State”.

The accused Ruben Vardanyan answered none of the questions asked.
