The jury owes the Georgetown man to have shot grandparents, cousin

Georgetown, Ohio – The man who is accused of killing his grandfather before shot his grandmother and cousin in her house in Georgetown in September 2023 was found guilty.

A jury found 25-year-old Noah Clifton for all eight accusations-difficult murder, tried heavy murder and tried attacking attacks death of 81-year-old Ralph Neff Sr. and the shootouts by Margaret and Zachary Neff.

The Brown County's deputies reacted to a house in Walhburg East Road in Georgetown on September 20, 2023 after receiving a report on an active shooter. Zachary Neff had called 911 and informed the dispatchers that his cousin had shot him and his grandparents.

“I shot in the face, my grandma is on the floor, I don't know if it is fast or not,” said Neff in the 911 call.

Zachary Neff told the officials that he and his grandparents sucked TV when clift came in and started shooting, and immediately shot his grandfather in his head before shot his grandmother several times.

Margaret and Zachary Neff survived and said during the trial against Clifton, with Margaret Neff told the jury that she and her husband Clifton took over in his last school years after his parents were divorced. When Schizophrenia was diagnosed at Clifton about five years ago, Margaret Neff said that the relationship changed.

“He thought my husband was a demon and he filled souls, and after that he never liked him,” said Margaret Neff.

Clifton did not attest, but applied for terminating the services of his lawyer and representing himself. The judge submitted this application because he was “made out of time”.

“You shouldn't be my judge for this process in this case,” Clifton told the judge. “I will accept the legislative with the prosecutor, the prosecutor.”

He also asked to be in bond, which the judge did not answer when he was guided out of the courtroom on the second day of the court proceedings.

Clifton's conviction takes place on March 7th.
