The lawyers claim that Diddy's notorious hotel attack has been changed

The lawyers of Sean “Diddy” Combs claimed that CNN had “changed” a hotel surveillance video that showed him that he beat his ex-girlfriend Cassie Ventura and then destroyed the original footage.

The shocking video, which was shocked in 2016 and received from the News Network in May 2024, showed the music mogul in a towel that Ventura chased a hallway in the now closed Intercontinental Hotel in Century City, California before attacking it near the elevators. Then he tries to withdraw the corridor.

Page six Reports that the Combs defense team contested in a pre -judicial letter whether the video can be used as evidence in its upcoming sex trade procedure.

Lawyers claim that “all CNN video material was essentially changed in considerable respect”, including “covering the time stamp and then the video sequence” and “the video accelerate so that it incorrectly shows that the actions in the video take place faster than you.”

You continue: “As a result, the CNN videos do not show the events in question.”

The Combs defense team continues that after the purchase of the “only known copy” of the surveillance material, CNN changes the video and destroys the original film material, “although it knew and reported on the federal investigations about the federal investigation”.

In response to the allegations, Ventura's lawyer Douglas Wigdor told Page six: “It is not surprising that Combs would make an insignificant argument to rule out the disturbing video from the jury in the upcoming process.”

He continued: “I am confident that the video will present pretty and precisely what happened and that combs are held accountable for its corruption.”

A CNN spokesman denied that he has changed the video and pointed out that the CNN story broke up a few months before the combs broke.

The Combs legal team responded to CNN in an explanation The independentsaid: “Our written and oral communication with the lawyer of CNN was clear – they destroyed the original video file that they received from their source.”

Two days after CNN broadcast the film material, Combs posted an Instagram video in which he apologized to beat his girlfriend Cassie at the time, described and said his behavior as “unexcused” and said that he took on “full responsibility for his actions in the video”.

The apology video was later depressed.

In September in September in September, Combs was arrested for sex trade and blackmail for the federal prosecutor who claimed that he and his employees had threatened, abused and forced women and other people around him, “to fulfill his sexual desires” – which was supposed to be forced to commit to sexual activities, which he described as “freak -offs”.

A pre -judicial hearing will later take place in New York today.
