The legislators in Florida enter into an invoice to limit the combustion construction

The legislators of the state prove the ongoing debate between Miami Dade County from Miami County after the legislators recently submitted a new invoice.

The legislation would ban local governments and the Florida Department of Environmental Protection by the construction of incineration plants and facilities for incineration plants and waste waste.

This is if the proposed locations are within half a miles radius of residential, commercial or school ownership.

Senator Bryan Avila submitted SB 1008.

Avila said on social media that the idea was from talks with the residents of Northwest Miami-Dade County.

If the invoice is passed, the invoice would come into force on July 1, shortly before the district commissioners were to build up a incineration plant for waste in Doral.

The legislation does not yet have a companion in the house chamber, which is necessary for the proposal to approach the law.
