The Lynchburg lawyer deals

The Lynchburg Commonwealth lawyer submitted the attacks submitted against a student of the Virginia High School and the battery costs after a viral incident in Virginia. The video shows that Junior Kaelen Tucker is hit the Brookville High School in the head during a race, which leads to a concussion.

“I was so incredulous that I didn't even know. When I didn't even know what happened. I just like it, was hit in my head and just fell off the track,” said Tucker.

The incident occurred during the 4×200 relay at the Indoor State Championships of the Virginia State High School League. Alaila Everett, a student of IC Norcom High School. Everett is now facing an attack and a battery charge.

Bethany Harrison, the lawyer of Lynchburg Commonwealth, commented on the situation and explained: “There is still recognition when someone goes beyond what is acceptable for sport.” She emphasized that there is no sporting exception to criminal law, and added: “Each of these cases depends on what's going on.”

Harrison found that the case is pending at the youth and household court and emphasized the importance of rehabilitation for the young people involved. “This is still a young person. And both are young people and they are at the moment a lot of attention. And just to know that we do not tolerate violence, we don't want to see any violence at any of these sporting events, but we also want to work to help this teenager and work on rehabilitation,” she said.

Everett claims that the incident is unintentional. “My arm goes up her back and my body twisted the curve and I ran like that, so I'm in the air in the air.

Everett's mother gave up an explanation and partially said: “My daughter is a wonderful young person who has not intended that anything will happen … Alaila is innocent and we will prove it!”

Harrison mentioned that such an offense could lead to consequences that range from writing a letter with a time of good behavior to the time in a center of prison. A test date has not yet been determined.
