It was February 14th when Dwayne Brock fell victim to car theft. It was said to be through the 41-year-old Stephen Patterson.

San Antonio -The suspect who, according to the police, shot a man in Schertz, is the same man who is accused of having stolen a 70,000 dollar car in San Antonio.

The police say that HUT-suspect, 41-year-old Stephen Patterson, was still releasing after shooting on Tuesday. We spoke to the owner of the motorhome, who was shocked, to learn about the connection between the cases.

It was last month when Dwayne Brock fell victim to car theft. It was said to be through Stephen Patterson.

“I want you to catch him because he hurt people,” said Brock.

We received surveillance pictures and showed that Patterson committed the theft in February.

“I was just somehow shocked that they know that he committed another crime so quickly,” he said.

On Tuesday at around 2:30 a.m., the Schertz police reacted to a shootout to the Aranda Lane.

The Schertz police say that a dispute between two residents escalated that were fired. The victim at this shootout was hit in the right upper thigh.

The Schertz police say that they are looking for Patterson, who “seriously injured” this man.

The investigators say that Patterson drives a green GMC Z71 from 2006 to 2006.

Back in San Antonio, Brock's motorhome is unknown.

“I'm not sure where it is, but we just hope that you can find it,” he said.

The Schertz police are asking the public whether they see or know Patterson's whereabouts to contact the Schertz police authority under 210-619-1200 or 911.
