Several crews defy the heavy rain and the strong winds that struggle against a massive house fire that spread to two other houses on Sunday evening in Phoenixville, Pennsylvania.

The fire brigade chief of Phoenixville, Eamon Brazunas

According to Brazunas, the strong winds caused significant problems because the embers solved the fire in surrounding houses. For this reason, additional crews had to react to the additional houses that catch fire, which led to a third alarm. The fire was brought under control shortly after 9:30 p.m. and the crews cleared the scene around midnight.

He says that no residents or firefighters were injured. A total of three houses were damaged, with one being a total loss and six adults and a child had suppressed. They are supported by the Red Cross.

The cause of the fire is currently being examined by the Chester County fire marshal.
