The NCAA Champ Week taps how 2024/25 conference tournaments begin

Welcome to another episode of Sport is fun! Presented by Turbotax.

This week Sport is fun!Football icon Kelley O'Hara, sports journalist Graydy Diaz, retired NWSL star Merritt Mathias and JWS interns BJ serve their hottest things that record women's sports.

In true Sport is fun! Style, The Crew dives in. First: WNBA legend Diana Taurasis Last Age announcement.

“I was introduced to Diana Taurasi at the age of 10 when she started her career at Uconn,” recalls Mathias. “At that time I was very similar: 'I'm going to UNC, I will play in the national team.' To see her at Uconn – the UNC equivalent for women's basketball – and only the Swag that she had, as she wore herself … for me she exceeded sport.

“Think of your legacy over 20 seasons, six gold medals, the leading goal scorer ever,” says Diaz. “But many people during their entire career don't know that she is Latina. I have the feeling that this is a large part of her heritage.”

“To see a Latina that is one of the greatest, if not the greatest, which is particularly dominated,” she adds.

The co-moderators also deal with the results of the Shebelieves Cup, the SEC-Münzflip, the 2025 NWSL jerseys and much more.

“It is the realest reflection in America that we saw from the etc., the most diverse,” she continues. “It will also play under an administration [where] What does everything about this women's national team – diversity, equality, inclusion – is attacked. “

“I love that America looks like this because I love the national team of our women,” says O'Hara. “I think that's a good point.”

“Will this generation become the Megan Rapinoes, the Christian presses, the Alex Morgans, the Becky Sauerbrunn, the Kelley O'Haras, say and say: 'We'll be pushing like you,” asks Mathias and scream out and scream out, scream, scream out, shout out shout out ” Sport is fun! Co-moderator.
