Timothy Timmons was accused of murdering Joseph on the night of December 29th and later lied to the investigators about the incident. She was arrested on Friday for an arrest warrant and is currently being recorded in the Clinton County prison until she can appear in front of a judge to respond to the indictment. Kelly Timmons appeared in court on Monday morning and did not guilty the charges.
