The police are looking for a man to interview, ask for tips for tips for tips

The police ask the public for help in the search for a man in connection with a fatal shootout in the northeast of Lubbock at the beginning of this month.

James “Duce Capone” Bishop, 41, is sought because of an incorrect arrest warrant for a violation of probation, but also because of the survey in connection with death on February 2, 29-year-old Robert Johnson.

The officials initially responded to a report on shots that was fired on February 2 at 1:02 a.m. in the 1900 Block of East Baylor Street.

On arrival, 29-year-old Johnson were in a residence with several gunshot wounds. He was declared dead at the crime scene.

While the police confirmed that Bishop was being sought because of an arrest warrant due to probation for probation, they did not announce why he was also sought after the survey in Johnson's murder because the investigation has not yet been completed.
