The police examine fatal shootings in the Ayers Street

The police examined a fatal shootout of a 19-year-old in the Ayers Street and catches a 15-year-old suspect as part of the probe.

Corpus Christi, Texas – On Friday at 3:49 a.m., the CCPD officials were sent to the 5900 block of the Ayers Street in relation to a shootout.

When they arrived, they discovered the body of a 19-year-old man who seemed to be fatally shot.

Detectives with the unit robbery and murder are currently on site to carry out their investigations.

It is very early in the examination and the details are limited. However, the police said that the 15-year-old man was detained as part of the examination.

Detectives do not believe that this is a random act of violence, and said there was no threat to the community.
