The police in Cheshire examines a fatal car accident

Cheshire, CT (WFSB)-a fatal one-car crash on Sunday evening led to an investigation by the local authorities.

The police and the Cheshire fire brigade were called to the scene at 10 p.m. in the Wolf Hill Road near their intersection with the Blacks Road.

On the arrival, the officials confirmed that the driver was declared dead at the crime scene.

According to officials, the car fell against a tree.

The traffic department of the Cheshire Police Department in cooperation with the Naugatuck Valley Collision Investigation Team actively examines the cause of the accident.

The authorities have not yet released the identity of the deceased driver until the family members report.

Eversource is on site to repair the power supply for around ten customers in the region.
