The police officers of San Jose examines for the video that shows them for punching and reinsheart the man who takes the historic man

San Jose, California (KGO) – The San Jose police are examining an encounter that is recorded on video by officials who hold a courted man who has been accused of indecent exposure.

The cell phone video shows how a San Jose officer meets the man repeatedly while trying to hold him back.

Dominic C recorded the video at the Fruitdale Avenue on Monday evening.

“And they could hear these blows as if they were right next to me,” said C.

A mother of three children describes the fear she felt and the injuries she suffered by a police officer in San Jose, who is now exposed to criminal charges for excessive violence.

The police say that the man bitten an officer when they tried to arrest him.

They reacted to a report on indecent exposure, a historic man who masturbated the day before.

Dominic felt that the reaction of officers was too much.

“You are not in the hand-to-hand fight where you have to beat someone like that,” said C.

In Dominic's video you can see how his neighbor Jennette Holzworth comes out of her house.

She also started to record. All of this happened next to their entrance.

“You tried to chose me and I thought I was in my garden, you can't let me move. 'I just saw how someone was injured and I was so that this was not reasonable,” said Holzworth.

You can hear an officer who approaches Holzworth.

“You are right to have questions about how we do it, but luckily we know what we do and we try to be as professional as possible,” said the official.

The San Jose police told us that “the suspect's active resistance led to an amount of violence being used.”

This comes when the city begins an aggressive approach to homelessness, in which the authorities are arrested by people who reject several protective offers.

“We are in the middle of these conversations whether criminalization really happens or not, but then you see this type of answer and then say ok – here all of this rhetoric leads us,” said Holzworth.

“Our proactive department examines the use of violent cases to ensure that our officials are followed by the law, and this incident is already being checked,” said Mayor Matt Mahan.

The mayor added: “The suspect should have been considered inside and being considered without exposing himself in a neighborhood.”

The NAACP in San Jose Silicon Valley submitted a formal complaint for excessive violence, which said that the responding civil servants were unprofessional and showed “dehumanism”.

In a video, officers made the man's hygiene.

“Human bites become more infected than dog stitches, everything they are disgusting,” said an officer.

The NAACP plans to hold a press conference on the incident of March 10.

The San Jose Silicon Valley Naacp has received several complaints about this incident, including concerns about the racist prejudices. The police authority in San Jose has a disturbing history in which it disproportionately use violence against black and brown population groups and to show excessive violence and inhuman treatment towards people who are historically and mentally ill. The excessive force used, while several officers hold back the Oscar, whose resistance was hindered by his clothing, underlines the inequality of violence used by the officials present. In addition, violence was used, while Oscar was tied up and retained with reserved and retained, which is an obvious violation of the application of violence laws.

“I want it to have a light on how – how we talk about people, how we treat it,” said Holzworth.
