The popular ESPN show later announces a date for the last episode this year

One of the longest running shows from ESPN will deregister for the last time in May.

The network announced on Tuesday that around the horn only had two months in its existence. The debate and discussion show has been around on November 4, 2002.

The last live broadcast of the show will take place on May 23.

Around the horn consisted of almost 5,000 episodes, all in the host and four competitor format, in which sports personalities discuss the greatest news of the day.

The show moderated by Tony Reali made it possible for a number of media members to get a name on Big Time TV, including Mina Kimes from ESPN.

“The show that gave me self -confidence even to believe that someone like me is going away,” Kimes wrote on Tuesday on X. “will be grateful forever, and also @Tonyreali, the friendliness and intelligence in a way that is too rare these days.”

Reali also interfered on X.

“Thank you, people,” Reali wrote. “I am overwhelmed, but I will try to give you all faitimes! Between this and ashes Wednesday this is my busy season! Everything I ever wanted was that you know that I am interested.”

Reali has been organizing the show since February 2004.
