The public schools of Alleghany Highlands meet to discuss the examination of gas leaks

Alleghany County, Va. (Wdbj) – Alleghany Highlands Public Schools held an work session with an update to investigate the gas leaks on the Covington Middle School.

The students of the Covington Middle School are not yet in the classroom due to a gas leak on January 31.

In a work session, Superintendent Kim Halterman said that they will continue to carry out examinations in the building to receive answers.
