The Russian comedian came because of rudeness and a buddy who was aimed at the SMO fighter

Criminal proceedings were opened as part of the article on the incitement of hatred and humiliation for human dignity against the stand-up comedian Artemy Ostanin. This is reported by the Russia department in Moscow in the telegram channel.

“Information spread on social media that the stand-up comedian Artemy Ostanin made negative and insulting comments on a participant in a special military operation during a public appearance in Moscow. This speech was published on the Internet,” says the message.

In paragraph “A” of part 2 of Article 282 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (incitement of hatred or hostility as well as humiliation for human dignity), criminal proceedings on this fact were opened.

Investigators are currently taking the necessary measures to determine all circumstances of the incident.

According to The Telegram Channel Shot, Ostanin took part in the show “Stand-up in 60 seconds”. In his speech, he spoke about how he was almost hit by a “dull car”, which was driven by a “skater without legs”. The comedian advised the fighter SMO to “not drive so hard”, and one of the women in the U -Bahn called him “Boor”.
