The Sheriff's office of the Sheriff from Stark County presents an additional arrest in the event of a break -in, murder examination – WKVI Information Center

On Friday, February 28th, a head of Ford wife was detained by Detective with the Sheriff office of the Stark County, which comes from a break -in and murder examinations that started in North Judson in December 2024.

Timothy Minix was arrested on December 7, 2024 and charged with murder on his father Landin Minix.

The police say that Brittnie Kanschat and Timothy Minix are in a dating relationship at the time of this crime. During the investigation, detectives received evidence that Brittnie Kanschat supported Landin Minix in the break -in of Landin Minix, according to the Timothy Minix report. As a result, Brittnie Kanschat was imprisoned and a report was submitted to the public prosecutor's office.
