The plan of a teenager to make a shot in the school after killing three members of his family was “extremely shocking, worrying and annoying,” said a council chairman.

The police from Bedfordshire said that they learned that Prosper had celebrated a shootout in the Catholic elementary school of St. Joseph in the city.

He was “arrested before he could do further damage,” added.
