The status of Florida QB for spring football

Florida Gator's quarterback DJ Lagway will be limited in spring football training if it recovered from persistent shoulder and lower body injuries.

“Our intentions here are very clever,” said Gator's head coach Billy Napier.

“I think he will only throw activities to a limited extent, but he will otherwise take part in all practices. We did a lot of homework with the things he went through as a player, but he was an absolute warrior and a great competitor who showed toughness. “

Napier added: “In general, he will be able to do a lot, but there will be some restrictions.”

Lagway started seven games as a real newcomer for Florida last season and came into QB1 tasks after the experienced veteran Graham Mertz was lost for the year because of an injury to Tennessee.

Lagway went 6-1 for the Gators on the track and led the team to four wins in a row, including two signature winners against Ranges Sec-Rival LSU and Ole Miss.

He drove for 1,915 yards and achieved 12 touchdowns against 9 interceptions, but also dealt with some own injury concerns.

After a thigh injury, Lagway was founded by the field against rival Georgia, who led to the rest of this competition and another game afterwards.

In view of the fact that the Gator's offensive reacted when Lagway was in the middle, it will be mentioned how he recovered from his current problems and when he will be able to completely return.
