The third teenager, which was arrested in connection with the fatal shootout of the 17-year-old boy

A third teenager who was already in the Juvenile Hall in San Joaquin County was charged in a Stockton skate park in February in connection with the death of a 17-year-old boy.

The Stockton police authority announced on Wednesday that the 14-year-old boy was already in custody because of non-related weapons. According to the police, murder, predatory and weapons costs were added.

The boy is suspected of being involved in the alleged robbery and shooting of Julian Martinez, who was found on February 1st and suffered from a gunshot wound near the skate park in Anderson Park.

He was taken to a local hospital, where he later died of his injuries.

On February 18, the police in connection with the murder of Martinez announced the arrest of two other young, a 13-year-old and a 16-year-old.

The police said the investigation by Martinez 'death was not yet completed.

After the death of Martinez, the board of trustees of the Stockton Unified School District discussed the students during their session.

Sofia Colón, Vice President of the Executive Board, said Martinez changed from the StAGG High School to Stockton High School with the aim of earning his conclusion, earning his diploma and switching to greater opportunities.

“He worked tirelessly on his studies and devoted additional time at home and late into the night to achieve his goals. Julian was a committed and hardworking student who took us far too early,” said Colón.
