The Tobias Myers of Brewers start with sloping symptoms

Tempe, Ariz.-Milwaukee Brewers Right-Hander Tobias Myers left his start on Saturday with the left diagonal.

Myers left after threw 1⅔ Innings over the angels of Los Angeles in a 4-0 win.

“Of course, if you talk about a slope, whether it is mild or whatever it is – he had to get out of the game – said it,” said Brewers Manager Pat Murphy reporters.

Myers was carefully optimistic after the game, but said that he would undergo imaging.

“After what I've heard so far, it seems mild what I heard,” said Myers to reporters. “Don't feel too crazy. I just want to be safe.”

The 26-year-old Myers went 9: 6 with an ERA of 3.00 ERA last year and developed into one of the greatest surprises by the Brewers' Drive into a second NL championship in a row. Myers closed the season with two goals and without walks over five innings in the decision of the NL Wild Card series, although in a game that the Brewers finally lost 4-2 against the New York Mets left without a decision.
