He emphasized how important it is to stay up to date on pioneering legal decisions, together with new criminal laws and the exchange of knowledge with colleagues. He also emphasized the crucial role of law enforcement in the guarantee of fair and lawful criminal proceedings, since the public prosecutor was an essential part of the judicial system.

Surendra Kumar outlined the training plan and welcomed the main guest. He said that experts were invited to give detailed insights into the new criminal laws. He thanked Academy Director Dr. Arhinder Singh Chawla, the Department of Haryana's prosecutor and course director Dr. Sohan Singh for the organization of the program.
