The video shows how a driving speed car breaks down, broken out in Flames – NBC Chicago –

Two people were killed when an electric car stormed down a residential street in the southwestern suburb of Woodridge, fell into a house and then opened on fire, with shocked video held part of the incident in front of the camera.

The incident occurred on Sunday at 8:45 p.m. in the 2400 Block of Kildeer, the village of Woodridge said in a press release. On arrival, the officers found a vehicle by car and part of the house in a fiery fire, officers said.

The surveillance video seemed to be grasped by a neighbor what happened before the crash and showed a car with a high speed rate with screeching tires down a residential street. Then some loud booms could be heard, another video with a car waiting for a home that was bordered in flames.

Photos from the scene showed that the car had been completely destroyed, with rubble of the crash scattered across the courtyard and scattered onto the street.

Two people in the vehicle were declared dead at the crime scene, said the Woodridge officers. Nobody in the house was injured.

According to the village, an investigation remained.
