The Vikings look at the son of College Football head coach to replace Grant Udinski

After the Minnesota Vikings lost 29-year-old Grant Udinski to the Jacksonville Jaguar, according to Ian Rapoport, they replaced the Nican assistant offensive coordinator and assistant quarters coach with Jordan Traylor.

Traylor, a former quarterback from Texas A&M and the son of the University of Texas-San Antonio head coach Jeff Traylor, has spent the last six seasons in the coach of the New Orleans Saints.

He came to the saints in 2019 after working at the University of Arkansas in 2018 and in 2016 and 2017 at the University of Texas.

With New Orleans, Traylor climbed the ladder and went on scouting assistant for two years and then for two years offensive assistant.

Traylor takes on the role previously occupied by Udinski, which was discontinued as an offensive coordinator under the new head coach Liam Coen in Jacksonville.
