Dustin Wolf scored 26 parades to give Calgary a 1-0 win against Montreal on March 8. In this shutout, Wolf was the first rookie goalkeeper in the flames record books, which collected three shutouts in his first full season. The result also rose in front of Vancouver and fourth place in the Pacific Division.

The flames came from a six-game swing from the Eastern Road. With a potential travel crater, Calgary came through with an important victory instead. In the press conference after the game, Wolf found that the team could possibly have been a bit “tired”, but he never “mature” a shutout.

“Never do it every night, if I could,” said Wolf. “I felt good. We had a long journey. There were many different beds. Fatigue, but good to return to our home building and simply find a way (to win).”
