The woman is now faced with a second degree on the colonial drive of the second degree after a fatal crazy shop on the colonial drive

Orange County, Fla. -A woman in Orlando is now being exposed to the second degree murder, after a rage of street on the Colonial Drive had killed a man in December, according to a press release from the ninth judiciary of Florida.

On Tuesday, a Grand jury in Orange County officially accused Tina Allgeo on December 2, 47, at the fatal shootout of the 42-year-old Mihail Tsvetkov.

At the beginning of this month, Allgeo was officially burdened with a fatal weapon with a fatal battery with a fatal battery.

The police initially said that the shootout “was enemies between the driver between two vehicles, which led to the death of a driver”.

According to investigators, the Allgeo police were able to capture before raising a crime scene. Tsvetkov was later declared dead after being taken to a hospital for treatment.

Detectives said that they had received 911 calls about a man on the street who had been “shot in the face”, and the shooter – later defined as Allgeo – was still on site.

The police said they learned from witnesses that Tsvetkov had attacked allgeo after the collision, which caused them to shoot him.

“(A witness) said that Ms. Allgeo spoke of an incident before the shootout,” the report said. “(The witness) said that she experienced none of it, but learned from Ms. Allgeo that (Tsvetkov) she had further back.”

The investigators later received red camera film material near the shooting scene near the shooting scene, in which Tsvetkov opened the door for Allgeo's vehicle before it was shot. The report continues.

Over a week later, Detectives said that they had received an explanation from Allgeo about their lawyer, in which Allgeo claimed that they confronted Tsvetkov below with the tailgating of their TSVetkov. In response to this, Tsvetkov came across Allgeo's vehicle and prompted her to follow him while she called in 911.

According to Allgeo, she accidentally met Tsvetkov's vehicle while trying to maintain his day number, which led to getting out of his car and attacking her, the MPs said.

When Allgeo was arrested with a fatal weapon because of a heavy battery, her lawyer said that the indictment of Allgeo fell to Tsvetkov and his vehicle, but was not charged in his death.

The publication did not state which new information may have led to the new charges for the second degree murder.

“This is a case of great public importance that the Grand jury had to check to determine whether the evidence supports an indictment,” said prosecutor Monique Worrell. “Weapons that arise from senseless disputes are not tolerated, and our office will be responsible for those who commit these actions.”

According to the publication, Allgeo was instructed to the Orange County prison for No Bond on Wednesday.
