“This is the continuation of the Spinal Tap” reveals teaser and publication date

The messages rise to eleven. After 41 years since the cult classic was published in 1984 This is the spine tapregarded as one of the best mockumentary of all time, a sequel, The spine tap II: The end continueswill be published in September.

The original from 1984 directed by Rob Reiner (Get to me when Harry Sally met …) In his debut, the fictional English heavy metal band Spinal Tap follows on its catastrophic American tour. As a documentary filmmaker Marty Dibergi (played by Reiner), the band fights with canceled shows, internal tensions and dwindling spectators.

From stage breakdowns to creative disputes, the Mockmentary Comedy and Satire combines to give a piece of rock culture on the film. Michael McKean plays the main person and guitarist David St. Hubbins, Christopher as lead guitarist Nigel Tufnel and Harry Shearer as bassist Derek Smalls.

The spine tap II: The end continues Reunited McKean, guest and Shearer as a spine tap after 15 years for one last show. In the film, music stars Paul McCartney, Elton John, Garth Brooks, Questlove, Trisha Yearwood, Chad Smith from the Red Hot Chili Peppers and Lars Ulrich von Metallica are also offered as itself.

Originally planned for publication in March 2024, the film was delayed due to the SAG-ATTRA strike from 2023. The 30-second teaser shows a hand that turns an amplifier to eleven and then turns it to an infinite and indicates the original scene, in which Nigel Tufnel points an amplifier with volume buttons to eleven instead of ten. “Stonehenge” by Spinal Tap, which is unveiled as the title and publication date.
