“This kind of behavior is considered cruel”

The Attorney General in Florida initiated a criminal investigation by the widely condemned conservative influences Andrew and Tristian Tate and announced on Tuesday that he applied for lectures and searches in the case of the brothers.

Attorney General James Uthmeier confirmed the recent development after a “preliminary investigation” in the Tate of Brothers, who landed from Romania in the Sunshine State last week, where they are pending against them.

“Based on a thorough review of the evidence, I have instructed the Office for national law enforcement to carry out search commands and to issue lectures in the now active criminal examination of the Tate brothers,” said Uthmeier in a social media post.

Andrew (38) and Tristian (36), who together have put together millions of male supporters on social media, are accused of putting together a criminal ring that has exploited women in the European country and was arrested at the end of 2022.

The duo, which has a double US citizenship, has denied misconduct. The travel restrictions were recently eliminated by Romanian officials who made it possible for the brothers to reach the USA, but they have to return if they are charged by the judicial authorities.

Uthmeier did not think back about her arrival and told a news reporter on Tuesday that the Tate of Brothers admitted to having hunted women around the world.

“People can turn and defend themselves as they want, but in Florida this kind of behavior is considered cruel, we will not accept it,” he said.

“You have decided to come here and put your feet in this state, and we will pursue every tool that we have in our legal authority to hold you into account.”

The AG added when the couple committed in Florida, the prosecutors will “pursue the full power of the law and take account of them”.
