Three arrested in connection with Livingston County Drug examination

Ledbetter, Ky. (KFVS) – Three people are in custody after a drug examination in Livingston County, Kentucky.

According to the Sheriff office of the Livingston County on Thursday, February 27th, the MPs of the Sheriff Office of the Livingston County and the Sheriff of McCracken County together with the Kentucky State Police carried out a search command as part of a joint examination of the medicine for methamphetamine trade.

The arrest warrant was delivered at around 8 p.m. in a residence on the Road Road in Ledbetter, Kentucky.

During the search, the law enforcement officers reported approximately one pound of alleged methamphetamine, 200 grams of alleged marijuana, Schedule II Narcotic Pills, more than 7,000 US dollars in cash, loaded firearms and various drug utensils that indicate the activity of human trafficking.

The Sheriff's Livingston County said that MP Zackary T. arrested three people in connection with the investigation: 68-year-old Stewart “Lynn” Dickerson from Ledbetter, 53-year-old Eric Hinchey from Paducah and 46-year-old Donna Craig from Ledbetter.

All three were charged with improved trade with a controlled substance of the first degree (more than two grams of methamphetamine), an improved trade in marijuana, possession of a first degree in a controlled substance and possession of drug utensils.

The charges of Dickerson and Hinchey are second crimes. They were also charged with the possession of a pistol by a convicted criminal.
