Patna: Three infamous criminals have been arrested in the last 24 hours by the Bihar Special Task Force (Stf), one from the districts of Patna, Gaya and East Champaran. The arrested criminals were among the top 10 in their respective districts with more than a dozen cases that were registered against them at various police stations.
According to Bihar Stf, “Anil Yadav alias Anil Rai, a resident of Ghagha Gali in the Chowk Police area, was arrested by Patna Junction on February 22nd. Anil has a long and detailed crime history. In another incident in the Gaya district on Saturday, the STF arrested the criminal Shambhu Yadav in connection with another weapons law, which was submitted to the Magra police station. Several cases of murder and violations of the weapons law were registered against the criminal in various police stations by Gaya and Chatra (Jharkhand).
In the meantime, on February 22, a special team from Bihar STF and the Motihari police conducted a joint operation to arrest the criminal Golu Kumar Sahni from Motihari for possession of illegal firearms. He is a resident of the Agarwa Village under Motihari city police.
