Tips for safe travel while Grand Valley storm

Grand Junction, Colorado (KJCT) – The Grand Valley was hit by Flurries, Rain and Wind on March 18. According to boss meteorologist Stephen Bowers, Snow can hold out on Wednesday.

“It is important to only be aware of what is going on around them,” said Bowers.

Dunst embedded on the Colorado National Monument this afternoon. Bowers said this can be an indication of snow.

Check out in the distance and somehow, as we see here, behind me. White blurring, which is there in front of the Colorado National Monument, can often be an indicator that they drive into the snow.

“This can be a good visual warning sign for you that it is time to let the gas and the coast into it before you hit it too hard,” said Bowers.

Snow may not hold on to the valley, but can hold around in the mountains and along the I-70 for a long time. Bowers also wants to emphasize how important it is to know how much your vehicle can do

“One of the things we often encounter is when people drive with the all -wheel drive, think that they make them invincible to a certain extent,” said Bowers. “The thing you should remember is that you go with 4 wheels.

Bowers suggests that everyone who comes across this weather to slow down or drive on the side of the road.
