Topeka car dealer share paths with the company, employees who are involved in social media video

Topeka, Kan. (Wibw) -A company has lost a contract, and an employee no longer came out in the work after a social media video that mocked some spectators who mocked people with disabilities.

Jesus Renteria, CEO of the Noller Auto Group, said her business was “horrified and discouraged” by the post office.

The video published over the weekend, which was viewed by 13 news, showed several Noller employees who shared why they were happy to work for the company. However, an employee gave her answer with facial expressions and language patterns, some of which say to imitate the typical typical for certain disabilities.

Since then, Noller has removed the video that was created by an external social media company.

“This article is completely unacceptable and does not reflect our values, principles or our obligation for respect and inclusive,” said Renteria in a statement published on Monday. “We take full responsibility for this video, and this experience has the important meaning of managing our reputation internally with great care and supervision.”

According to Renteria, the company “terminated” its relationship with both the company and the employee who made the offensive comments. They also changed their guidelines with an internal review process for all social media contributions and public communication.

“We sincerely apologize to someone who was violated or insulted by this incident,” said Tenieteria. “Our team continues to earn and maintain the trust of our community.”
