Track above average temperatures on Tuesday and the warmest day of the year in the middle of the week

A few fog areas formed in Santa Maria and fog areas on Tuesday morning. The clouds will quickly vacate and mostly sunny sky prevails for the entire area through late breakfast. Winds are off the coast, which leads to the temperature rising quickly, most beaches -warm up to the upper 60s and the mid -1970s. Interior areas warm up in the upper 70s, with some places nearby or at 80 degrees. The winds are enough to arrange wind advice for the mountains Santa Barbara and Santa Ynez until 8 a.m. High Surf advice for western beaches are now in force until early Wednesday morning. Avoid going into the water because RIP currents can be dangerous.

High pressure builds up on Wednesday and strengthens. This means that the temperatures rise above average! We have the opportunity to break some daily records for this time in February. Expect that the immediate coast differs slightly because the ocean plays a major role, but most beach cities will warm up until the upper 70s, while internal areas break into the 1980s. Wednesday and Thursday are some of the hottest days of the year.

Expect more cloud cover and wind on Thursday to recover as a low pressure and move into the area. While the temperatures keep stable, the larger temperatures occur when the low pressure moves directly over the central coast. Friday to the weekend we fall by 15 to 20 degrees and switch from the beach weather to a pullo biter. Low pressure brings in cool and unstable air so that the rainwriums rise. The most likely scenario is that on Thursday with the most moisture and scattered showers on Saturday and Sunday there is a low -frequency crossover and drizzle. The amounts of rain are very light and only almost half a centimeter. Therefore, the effects with the rain are minimal. Timing and quantities can change, but regardless of the fact that this is a very small system, long -distance data show more moisture in March.
