Traffic stop, drugs and two outstanding arrest warrants

colony – A traffic stops near the intersection of Sand Creek and Wolf Roads led to the arrest of a Schenectady man and a Latham woman who were found in the possession of a large number of drugs – and both had outstanding arrest warrants.

According to reports, Alexander Lux-Maggio (38) and Heather Glass (41) were stopped by the colony police on Tuesday, February 25th, at 2:47 a.m. During the stop, the police discovered substances and drug utensils in the vehicle.

Glass was charged with criminal possessions of a drug medication that intends to sell a stimulant, both for criminal offenses and criminal use of drug utensils, and to have a criminal.

The driver, the driver, was charged with the criminal possession of a controlled substance for driving without a driver's license and other traffic violations.

Both had outstanding arrest warrants from other agencies. They were charged by Colonie Town Richter David Green. Glass was held without deposit and Lux-Maggio was handed over to the Albany district's office for his arrest warrant.
