Trump Administration publishes USD 2.1 billion in Frozen Pa Fonds, says governor

Harrisburg, PA – The government of President Donald Trump accused the government of the government's government illegally and unconstitutionally after governor Josh Shapiro.

On Monday, Shapiro said that the state authorities can now access the financing of 2.1 billion US dollars that the governor had either frozen in a lawsuit or until a non -specified review made fully.

On February 13, Shapiro submitted the lawsuit against civil servants from the Trump administration, who questioned the continuing freezing of federal funds despite several court commands for publication. Five federal authorities were referred to as accused: the office for management and household of the White House, the Environmental Protection Authority and the departments for interior and transport.

“As a result of our lawsuit and our continued pressure and dealing with the Trump administration, every dollar that we have identified when submitting our lawsuit is currently frozen and accessible to the state authorities of Pennsylvania in accordance with currently applicable legal occasions.” Shapiro said at a press conference.

Shapiro claimed that the freezer endangered federal financing for critical efforts such as:

  • Reduction of consumer costs: Bundes money has already been assigned to the congress and not paid -to help up to 28,000 households in Pennsylvania to reduce their care calculations.
  • Recipruiting mining land: Currently frozen, abandoned mine country -dollars would enable the state to regain a mining country in Pennsylvania 24,000 acres of abandoned in Pennsylvania, to construct 16 water treatment systems or maintain a year.
  • Caps and connections of orphans: The retained federal money would help close more than 500 orphaned and abandoned fountains that release poisonous chemicals in municipalities throughout the state.

Shapiro said he visited the White House last Friday to discuss the financing freezing with Trump's senior team and cabinet.

“I asked her to follow the law and honor her agreements with Pennsylvania,” said Shapiro. “These are fundamental things. Children learn this in primary school. This is how our constitution works.”
