Two further arrests for large fraud examinations in Tupelo

Tupelo – The Tupelo police authority arrested two other people in connection with a growing examination of the fraud.

The investigation began at the end of February after three cars had been stopped at the same time in the North Gloster Street for violations of the equipment. There were drugs in the cars. Another search resulted in several fraudulent statements by the state leaderships, social security cards, stolen checks and two firearms. The six of state residents of the cars were arrested and recorded without bond.

The ongoing examination led to the arrest of two co -snacks.

Rasheda Lyanda, 37, from Smokey Mountain Drive, Tupelo, was arrested on March 12th and charged with three conspiracies to commit false pretext and fraudulent use of identity. During her initial appearance, judge Willie Allen Tupelo Municipal Court determined her bond at 10,000 US dollars. Since then she has been released from Lee County's jail for adults.

Jamarcus J. Walker, 23, from the North Church Street, Okolona, ​​was arrested on March 13th and also charged with three conspiracies to commit false pretext and fraudulent use of identity. During his initial court appearance, judge Jay Weir ordered Walker to capture without a bond.

This case is still being examined and other fees are pending at this time. The Grand Jury of Lee County will be submitted to these charges.

On February 28 Sydney Nicole Lewis, 26, from Kansas City, Missouri; Dante D. McKinnie, 24, from Chattanooga, Tennessee; Shacoy Peebles, 24, from Columbus, Ohio; William F. Quiring, 30, from Wichita, Kansas; Stephanie Washington, 28, from Independence, Missouri; and Rachel M. Writesel, 37, from West Jefferson, Ohio; All conspiracies were charged with troubles to commit false pretext. McKinnie and Writesel were also charged with a single number of fraudulent use of identity.
