Two Gopher stars have created a new list of 100 best college football players for the 2025 season. Koi Perich and Darius Taylor have cut these obviously subjective assessment of the people of College Football Network.

“As a healthy, Darius Taylor is one of the top running backs in college football. He missed half of a such 1,000 -YADD -Semester and followed last year with five 100 -yard excursions and was only 14 meters shy Metable meters. “

Taylor is the tenth that runs back on the list. After taking in his first 17 real appearances for the Gopher's 2,227 Yards from Scrimmage and 17 touchdowns, he was prepared for a huge junior season. As a newcomer, he missed seven games to hurt injuries and then exposed himself against North Carolina last year. When he is healthy, he exceeded eight by 150 yards, at least 189 meters in five of them. Taylor is a big-play threat as a runner and as a recipient outside the Backfield.

With good health, a little more consistency and solid quarterback game by Drake Lindsey or Zach Pyron, it is not difficult to make Taylor well over 1,500 meters before the scrimmage next season. It will be the clear lead in a room that also includes transfers AJ Turner (Marshall) and Cameron Davis (Washington).

Koi Perich

“Koi Perich was one of the best defensive playmakers in the big ten last autumn and he was just a real newcomer. His five interceptions performed the conference, and he picked up more passports than he approved touchdowns. He also forced a fumbling and Had it three duels for the loss, while in 2025 he makes a potential Travis Hunter MK.

Perich is only behind Caleb Downs of the state of Ohio and Purdue to Oregon Transfer Dillon Thieneman on this list. Elko's star newcomer, MN, had an incredible debut debut season with five interception, although he played no full-time role in defense for the first month or so. He will try to build this success in the second year as the greatest name in the defense of the Gopher, which is led by the newly written coordinator Danny Collins.

One of the most fascinating storylines in Minnesotas 2025 season will be Perich's potential engagement in certain packages on the offensive. He is an incredible athlete, so it makes sense for PJ Fleck to include him in addition to his duties for defense and in the return phase on this side of the ball.
